Located in the middle of the city. Based just next door to the centre of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, and Talaa12. Perfectly clean and airy rooms with fireplace, magnificent location. Enjoyable breakfast on the roof top, excellent workers...

I liked the trip. For me, it was a wonderful place to stay. I found the hotel's location excellent and perfect. Close enough to Medina/souqs. The Medina of Marrakesh and the main square with snake charmers were easily accessible. I usually went to L'ostellino to grab a bite.

We got excellent value for our money at Riad Talaa12. The room was stunning and spacious, with a nice big bathroom and a private sitting area overlooking the peaceful patio. The location was ideal, close to the souks but in a quieter area, and the staff, especially Karam, Mohammed, and the rest of the team. They went above and beyond to arrange all our transfers and ensure our stay was memorable.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a small card or map in the room that suggests dinner options and things to do around the area. However, the staff was very helpful in providing this information, so it was not a major concern.

The rooms at Talaa12 Riad are absolutely stunning! They are so spacious and luxurious, giving off a calm and serene vibe. As an adventure traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Marrakesh.
Personally, I found the recently restored aspect of the riad to be a bit too modern for my taste. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might actually enjoy it!

The broad terraces offered stunning views of the Atlas mountains. The interior garden with orange trees and palm trees was like a peaceful oasis. The Riad had a traditional atmosphere with a contemporary twist.
I just loved paying a fortune for a hammam that wasn't worth it. But hey, at least I could go straight to my room afterwards.

My stay at Talaa 12 was overall lovely. The riad is conveniently located in the center of the lively medina, within walking distance to major attractions. The staff were helpful and always available. The rooms were clean and stylish, although a bit lacking in entertainment options. The breakfast could have been better, but the rooftop view made up for it. With a few improvements, this would have been the perfect spot. I recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay in Marrakech.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar and it was a great choice. The location allowed me to easily explore the old town and interact with artisans and merchants. The hotel facilities were top-notch and enhanced my stay.
The only thing I missed for my work was a business center or dedicated workspace in the hotel. It would have been convenient to have a designated area where I could work on my laptop and have meetings if needed.

The rooms at Talaa12 Riad are absolutely stunning! I felt like I was in a fairytale. The decor is beautifully done, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As a guest who appreciates luxury and serenity, I couldn't have asked for more.
Personally, I found the traditional Moroccan music played in the common areas a bit too loud. However, I understand that others might enjoy the cultural experience.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis nestled in the heart of the bustling city. The exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. The massage and facial treatments were of the highest quality and left me feeling pampered and refreshed. The sun terrace and garden area provided a serene space to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The restaurant offered a fine dining experience, with delicious breakfast and dinner options available. The convenient location allowed for easy exploration of nearby attractions.
While my stay at this hotel was overall excellent, there was one minor issue that could be improved. The lack of in-room facilities, such as a fridge or kettle, was a slight inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast options lacked variety after a few days. These small issues, however, were outweighed by the luxurious and enjoyable experience.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic! It's close to the main square and several good restaurants, two of which were booked for us by the friendly staff. the airport transfer was a bit expensive, as the driver charged us 200 dirhams while it could have been done with a regular taxi for only 30 dirhams. the room was spacious and beautiful, the bathroom well, equipped with high, quality toiletries, and the service was top. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding area.
That there was no bottled water provided in the room.
